Green Man Bakery, LLC Licensed Cottage Bakery located in CT. Specializing in Sourdough selling at local farmer markets Everyting that we can make in-house, we do.

First and foremost, we consider ourselves to be an "ARTISAN" bakery. Hands on at all steps of the baking process. Our specialty is making bread. Naturally leavened (Sourdough/Levain) as well as yeasted Breads, Cookies, and other goodies. We make everything from scratch (we even mill our own flour) using the finest ingredients we can get our mitts on. We always strive to use local ingredients when

we can. We even use organic CT grown wheat in most of our products that we mill into flour ourselves. We'll NEVER use artificial flavor or additives. We primarily sell at the Wallingford Garden Market (spring/summer), and Durham Farmer Market. (Fall/Winter), and we occasionally offer home delivery to the Central CT area.

1. First off, thank you to everyone who showed up to see me at the Wallingford Garden Market . I was very happy to see everyone and was happy that people remembered me.
I'm not sure when I'll be vending there again, but I will let you know.

2. I'm watching the weather and it looks like Friday might be a better day for a pick up time this week. So let's plan for that.

3. Now that summer camp is over, I think I'm going to move the pickup location back to Doolittle Park, 78 S. Elm Street, Wallingford.
Sorry for the switch again, but I like the location better and there is cover in case it happens to rain.
Let's try this location again and see how it works out.

I'll post again on Wednesday with final details.

Looking like it's going to be a decent day for a little while today. I'm glad I picked today instead of tomorrow.
Come pick up some yummy things to help you make it through the not so great weather happening for the next few days.

I'll be at the regular location at 11:00 a.m. .
I'll have Sourdough English Muffins, Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies, Sourdough Loaves, and Focaccia.
