Aside from this being a really fun and nostalgic cake to do, I have been developing recipes for dietary restrictions, and I was so excited to incorporate that into an order.
This is a Vegan Red Velvet Cake with Dairy-Free Cream Cheese Frosting and I think I love it more than regular Red Velvet Cake!
