The texture is mind boggling. Like cotton candy but bread? 🥲 and taste (in my opinion) like sweet Hawaiian bread 🤤

Had a batch of everyone’s favorite pumpkin oatmeal cream pies to make and asked my 9yr old what other cream pies I should try out, he instantly said coconut cream pies! Naturally I went straight to the kitchen and made it happen😊
They turned out amazing 😍🥥

These 2 sourdough classics are always on the menu and I never get tired of making them. I still get SO excited to take the cast iron lid off and see what was created from nothing but a little flour, water and salt. (Yes, only 3 ingredients 🙌)
