Since stepping back from baking, I’ve had one important question… where do I send my people now?! 🥹🤎

I’m so happy to recommend Bellomy’s Bakery, owned by Jordan, another local baker right here in Newalla!

I’ve personally had her goodies and can confidently say they are DELICIOUS. 🤤 Y’all trusted me to bake for your families, so I wouldn’t send you somewhere I didn’t personally recommend.

Go give Bellomy’s Bakery some love, place an order, and tell Jordan Mac & Co. sent you! 🫶🏼

Small businesses supporting small businesses. Always. 🤎

This is a post I really didn’t want to have to make. 🤍
Many of you know how much I love this little bakery and how much Mac & Co. has grown to mean to me. But right now, I need to listen to my body.
My husband and I have been going through fertility treatment as we try to grow our family, and unfortunately, my body has not been responding well to the medications. I’ve reached a point where physically, I just can’t spend hours on my feet in the kitchen baking the way Mac & Co. requires.
I’m currently wrapping up the preorders that were already placed, with a LOT of help from my amazing husband, and once those are finished, I’ll be putting my apron away for a little while.

I don’t know exactly how long this break will be, and that’s probably the hardest part for me to say. This bakery has become such a huge part of my life, and the support you guys have given me has been more than I ever expected when I started baking sourdough in my kitchen.

For now, my body and my family need me more. 🤍

This isn’t goodbye. It’s just me giving myself permission to step away until I’m ready to come back.
Thank you for loving Mac & Co., for every order, every Saturday morning, every recommendation and every kind word. I truly couldn’t ask for better people supporting this little dream of mine. 🤎

Well… I was going to make a preorder post for August 15th, but y’all filled my little bake before I even got the chance. 😂🤎

August 15th is officially SOLD OUT! 🥹

I might have another small bake up my sleeve for the 22nd though… 👀 Stay tuned!

A little Mac & Co. update 🤍
You may have noticed I’ve been slowing down a little lately, and I wanted to share why.

Mac & Co. has grown into something I NEVER expected, and I’m beyond thankful for every person who has bought a loaf, grabbed cinnamon rolls, shared a post, or supported me along the way. 🥹
Butttt… your girl needs to slow down a little. 🤍

My husband and I have been trying to grow our family for a while, and we’re finally at a point where we have a plan and are taking the next steps to hopefully make that happen. Right now, I need to take some things off my plate and stop putting so much pressure on myself.

Mac & Co. is NOT going anywhere! I’m still going to bake, take limited preorders, do porch pickups, and maybe pop up here and there when I’m feeling up to it. I’m just stepping away from the pressure of filling an entire table every single weekend.
I love this little bakery SO much, but right now there’s something else my heart wants even more. 🤍

So we’re slowing down, making a little more room for life, and hopefully, if we’re lucky, one more little member of the Mac & Co. crew someday. 🥹🤍
Thank you for loving and supporting Mac & Co. through every season. 🫶🏻
