For anyone that is curious about the ban on Red Dye No. 3 in food , specifically speaking of the cookies that I bake, here is what I have to offer. I have been using AmeriColor food gel almost exclusively. I trust that the company will follow all of the new regulations to be in compliance by the January 2027. I will monitor the website for any new products that may come out before the deadline, and will also look for alternative companies the will offer new products. All of my stock will be replaced as soon as possible. I will post a list of AmeriColor products and colored gels that contain this dye. Unfortunately it is not just 'red'. In the meantime, if you order any cookies and have concerns, we can try to work out a color design to eliminate as many red dye 3 colors as possible.

You can write your own sentiment. You could make it traditional, funny, dirty, or personalize it any way you want. If you are interested, please let me know so I can order the edible pens early.

Not my pictures, but it is my idea for a cookie bouquet w/drink. I would be thrilled to get this from my Valentine. *Could also be created with flower cookies for birthdays or Mothers Day, tool cookies for Fathers Day (and I would use a beer for the drink), or some other 'fun' shapes for a bachelorette party. Possibilities=Endless
