Guys!!! It is prep day in this kitchen for Lytle. That means Miyagi dough is busy doing all the wonderful sourdough things he does.
We are trying to do organized chaos 😂 I think we have a great solid plan!

Somebody has a 20 quart mixer coming... I cannot say who yet because it's a secret.
I bet it's going to be very helpful for said bakery to really step up their game!

Alright kids, the hamburger buns are going to be a go!! We sprinkled just a dab of everything bagel on 2 just because..I mean why not lol but we split one to taste and I can hardly wait to have something off the grill on these tomorrow.
They take around 8 hrs so we need to do them in 1 big batch for sure.
Sourdough takes time but that is what makes it so good 🤤
Look for these on a new updated menu for sure soon

Good morning! The bakery is officially rockin' We are just a couple of Gen xer's so we do have some great music playing loud and proud. I do think the sourdough yum yums respond better to it..or maybe it's just me. 🤣

We have cosmic sourdough brownie bites going, 2 kinds of cookies and in the test kitchen today .. Hamburger buns and hot dog buns.
I mean this weekend officially kicks off grilling season. Who wouldn't want your yummy buns to be sourdough?? Can't wait to see how these turn out but I'm guessing they like 80's music too. Have a wonderful Sunday!! 🎸🎙️✌🏼💜🍞

****Both have sold now***We have some deliveries we are making this afternoon.
We will end up with an extra 6 pk of the sourdough chocolate chip cookies and an extra 6 of oatmeal butterscotch.
These are 15 bucks for each 6 pack plus tax.

Did you know if the larger sourdough boules are too big we can do mini's? We can! Don't be afraid to ask for a smaller size.
I was able to make sourdough oatmeal raisin today.
These are a chewy cookie and have just enough cinnamon in them to give you all the warm and fuzzies. ✌🏼💜🍞
