We are open at our new location 1116 East Broadway Maryville TN. We are a full bakery we also serve lunch. We love God and our community.

We have been in buisness for over 10 years and love what we do❤️ We love our community and have been voted Best Bakery along with several other awards locally since we opened in 2015 and have won a Blue Ribbon for our Pie. We Offer custom catering for small & large events. We are serving lunch again. We are working on renovations to our building and will offer breakfast & lunch once there finished but for now we are serving lunch and have lots of desserts to choose from daily.

It’s Tuesday and the cases are filling up! 🦋🥧

We’ve got Birthday Blondies, fresh banana bread, cookies, big ol’ chocolate chip cookies, and more of our sweet Dolly Butterflies fluttering into the case today. 💕 And that’s just the beginning we’ll have plenty more coming out fresh!

But I’ve been digging around in our recipe box… and I think it’s time to pull a few old Southern favorites back out. 😉

Beginning Thursday and available Thursday, Friday & Saturday, we’ll have FOUR of our older Southern pies that many of you have ordered from us over the years, but we don’t regularly keep in the shop:

🥧 Back Porch Chocolate Pie - pecan shortbread crust layered with cream cheese, rich chocolate custard, whipped cream & toasted pecans.

🥧 Millionaire Pie -graham cracker crust filled with pineapple, coconut, cream cheese, toasted pecans & whipped cream. Old-fashioned, creamy and downright Southern.

🥧 Southern Sawdust Pie — a buttery crust with coconut, pecans & graham cracker crumbs baked into a sweet, gooey filling.

🥧 Brown Sugar Cream Pie — buttery crust filled with silky brown-sugar vanilla cream, a touch of nutmeg & whipped cream.

Of course, we’ll still have plenty of our regular Lambert’s pies too. We’re just making a little extra room in the pie case for some old friends. ❤️

Come see us Tuesday have a delicious Club or anything from our homemade salad choices, chicken salad, pimento cheese and bacon so on and so on and consider this your warning to save room for pie later this week. 😂🥧

Fresh Oatmeal Cream Pies are ready, and we’ve got Pumpkin Whoopie Pies 🎃 and those big ol’ Lemon Cookies 🍋 coming out fresh!

We’re still baking, still filling the cases, and we’re here until 2 PM OR UNTIL SOLD OUT whichever comes first! 🙌

So if you’ve been thinking about coming by… this might be your sign. 😉 Because fresh out of the oven doesn’t always stay around long!

It’s Thursday, y’all… and we’re still celebrating Dolly. 💗🦋

Today’s lunch is Dolly’s Chicken & Dumplings and this week we made the dumplings straight from one of Dolly’s older cookbook! Because if we’re gonna do it, we might as well do it Dolly’s way. 😉

We’re serving them up with creamy mashed potatoes and our homemade dressing basically a big ol’ plate of Southern comfort. 💕

And would you look at those pink Dolly cookies?! 🦋👢✨ Butterflies and boots, because regular cookies just weren’t gonna cut it for Dolly.

We’ve got banana pudding cups today too, along with cases full of all the homemade goodies.

Come hungry. Leave happy. And maybe leave just a little more fabulous than you came. 💗

Today feels a little different here in East Tennessee. 💔🦋

In honor of Dolly, we’re serving up a little extra comfort the kind of simple, Southern food that feels like home.

Today’s special is our Shepherd’s Pie ground beef and corn tucked into a pie crust and topped with a big layer of creamy mashed potatoes. And if you know anything about Dolly, you know that woman loved her potatoes. 🥔❤️

For something sweet, we have Banana Pudding Gooey Bars today, along with our Carrot Cake Gooey Bars and plenty of other goodies filling the cases.

And tomorrow, we’re carrying the tribute on with Chicken & Dumplings, a side of potatoes, and real old-fashioned Banana Pudding cups some of the Southern comfort foods Dolly loved.

She gave East Tennessee and the whole world so much color, kindness, music, laughter and love. So for the next few days, we’re going to do what we know how to do around here: feed people well and make a little something that reminds us of home. 🦋

🍂 Okayyy FALL… we see you. 🍂
Almost 😅

The cases are full, the pumpkin things are out, and apparently we’ve decided calories don’t count once the leaves start changing. 😂

We’ve got all the fall things happening today pumpkin whoopie pies, fall cookies, candy corn cuties, ooey gooey chocolate goodness, pies on pies on pies… and plenty more coming out of the kitchen. 🥧🎃

And come eat lunch. 😂
Chicken salad croissants, grilled pimento cheese, BACON, tuna melts, egg salad, turkey Reubens, Charlie’s Club, sampler salads, quiche and all the things.

Come hungry. Have lunch. Stare at the dessert case for five minutes pretending you’re not getting anything… then grab yourself a sweet treat because we both know how this ends. 😂🤎

It’s Saturday and I hate to say it… but sorry, Charlie. I think I officially have a new favorite man. 😂🤎

And just look at him! My little gingerbread man has stolen my heart. 😍

One of my favorite things about traveling is hunting down really good ingredients to bring back to the bakery. And truthfully, sometimes I’ll travel somewhere just because I know there’s an ingredient there I want to get my hands on. 😂 If I find something special, chances are it’s coming home with me and eventually finding its way into something in our bakery case.

This summer I found some really good molasses, so of course I brought it home and today we have fresh, old-fashioned molasses cookies made with it. Soft, spiced, and just the right amount of old-fashioned goodness. 🤎
The molasses is also featured in these gingerbread men of course!!

Apparently I’m already inching my way toward cozy season, and I’m not even sorry about it. 🍂

We’re here 10–2 today with lots of Saturday goodies! Come see us and meet my new man. 😂

P.S. Charlie, you had a good run. 🤣

It’s THURSDAY, and we woke up and chose comfort food + sugar. 😂🍂

Chicken & Dumplings are on for today’s special, and the bakery cases are filling up with all kinds of goodness!

We even pulled out some of our old Grandma cake recipes and turned them into the cutest little cupcakes. Because sometimes Grandma’s cake just needs to be… snack size. 😂

We’ve also got those GIANT lemon cookies, blackberry pie, cherry pie, chess pie, fresh glazed goodies and honestly… too much to list. You’ll just have to come look. 😋

And speaking of food… check out that catering order from yesterday! 👀 Ribs, baked beans, potato salad, cornbread, banana pudding and all the fixings. We don’t just do pie around here, y’all. 😂

And yes, I KNOW it’s August. Don’t come for me. 😂 But the holidays will be here before we blink, and we’re already starting to book fall events, holiday catering and family Thanksgiving dinners. If you know you’re going to need us, please don’t wait until the turkey is thawing on the counter to call. 😂🦃

I’m a little late posting today… but maybe that’s because I needed to stop for a minute and just say thank you. ❤️

Some days I’m so busy baking, cooking, answering questions, filling boxes and trying to remember what I walked into the back for 😂 that I don’t say it enough…

I am so grateful for you all.

The people who walk through our doors, bring friends back with them, share our posts, tell somebody about us, order a pie for a special occasion, grab lunch on an ordinary Wednesday, or just stop by to say hello you are such a blessing to me and to my family.

God sure has been good to us♥️💛♥️

After all these years of cooking and baking for this community, I still don’t take it for granted that you choose to spend your hard earned money with our little bakery. That means more than you probably know. ❤️

So that’s my Wednesday thought for today. A little late, but heartfelt.

And since we’re talking about blessings… I’m pretty sure pie counts as one. 😉🥧

We’re here until 6 PM today! Come have some lunch, grab yourself a treat for later, or both. We certainly won’t judge. 😂

It’s Tuesday, and apparently we woke up and chose BUTTER. 😂🥧🍪

The cases are filling up with all kinds of good things this morning Shyla’s cute little shortbread cookies, fresh lemon cookies, brownies, cookies, LOTS of pies and whatever else we decide needs baking before the day is over. 🤷🏻‍♀️

And YES, come hungry for lunch! We’ve got chicken salad croissants, sampler salads, tuna melts, broccoli cheddar quiche, grilled pimento cheese and all the things. If it’s too hot outside to even think about cooking supper later… I’m just saying, we’re here until 6. 😂
