What a great turnout we had on Friday!!

*Traditional croissants were wild
*Chocolate croissants came in strong
*Ham & Gruyere caramelized in all the right places
*Spanakopita (spinach/feta/herbs) had a brilliant debut!!

*Seedy bread was gorgeous
*Rustic held its own
*Baguettes were a pleasant surprise
*Slider buns, soft & sweet in all the right places

*Brown Butter Peach pies, still a fan fave
