Chocolate-Cinnamon Babka.
Our sweet challah dough, filled with plenty of dark chocolate, then rolled & twisted into this thing of beauty.

It’s a Bialy. Like a bagel, but not boiled. It’s also softer, without the chewy crust.
These are fun because you can top them with filling or fill them with toppings and they don’t fall through a hole!
Today they are filled with caramelized onions and poppy seeds, the traditional filling. Tomorrow, who knows…
