Shanah Tovah! Happy New year to those who celebrate!
Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish new year, filled with spiritual reflection over the past year, both good and bad. We celebrate with sweet things to help “sweeten” going into the new year.
Rugelach (Rue-Gah-La) is a cream cheese based sweet, somewhere between a pastry and a cookie.
To continue our fall menu and to celebrate a friendship that I’ve been so grateful for this past year— we created these mini pumpkin spice Rugelach to top pumpkin spice lattes!!

We have sourdough pizza dough & par-baked crust (for those unsure about their shaping skills).
And of course, there’s croissants, a pumpkin thing and an apple thing, as we continue to will us into fall!!

Once a week (weekends mostly), the stars align and you can snag one (or more) of our seasonal treats, paired with one (or more) of their seasonal drinks! This week, we are both willing fall to come find us here in East Tennessee.
