What a week! Thank you, Bedington! 🥖✨

Our first full week in the new shop has been a whirlwind, and we are so grateful. To our regulars who followed us here, thank you for your loyalty. To our new neighbors who stopped in to give us a try—thank you for the warm welcome! ❤️

A few highlights:

🎓 It was an absolute honor to cater a local graduation party this week—celebrating such big milestones with you is why we do what we do.

🍖 BBQ Saturday was incredible—we loved seeing the shop buzzing and serving up so much brisket and pulled pork!

🍳The Miner’s Shingle (chipped beef gravy over sourdough toast with eggs) had a massive debut. It might just give "The Scoop" a run for its money!

🌱We’re growing with you:
We know the new online ordering setup had a few hiccups this week as we smooth out the kinks. Thank you for your patience while we work to make sure it’s seamless. We’re getting there!

🌯THURSDAY (11-1 & 3-5:30)
Burrito Bowls: Beef, Chicken, or Extra Bean. Served with cilantro rice, fresh pico, cheese, sour cream & our secret green sauce.
🫑 FRIDAY (11-1 & 3-5:30) 🫑
Stuffed Peppers: Traditional (beef & rice) OR Philly Cheesesteak style. Served with mashed potatoes or a 1/2 sourdough baguette.
🍖 SATURDAY (BBQ Day!) 🍖
Brisket or Pulled Pork: Choice of 2 sides (Country-style green beans, baked beans, mac & cheese, or coleslaw).
