Take a look at this crumb structure—I always make sure my sourdough loaves stay soft enough to build the perfect sandwich on, no matter the inclusions. 🥪
The second photo shows my overwintered jalapeño pepper plants. This was a fantastic experiment that I can’t wait to repeat down the road. It really makes you realize how many plants we treat as annuals are actually perennials if you know how to care for them! 🌶️🌱

Let’s talk Cheesecakes today. 🍰✨
Cheesecakes are one of the easiest desserts to make Gluten Free without losing an ounce of that rich, decadent flavor.
Thick, creamy, sweet, and slightly tart... a good cheesecake wakes up your senses and makes you want to snuggle in for the whole slice. At least, that’s what it has done to me since I was about 18 months old!
