and followers, I know I t has been quite awhile since I've posted. Needless to say, since I last posted, life has been a Rollercoaster ride to say the least. I will fill you in on a few details. Since last March, we were in the process of moving and getting settled in at our home. I've been blessed to get back into my first love which is Healthcare. In my very spare time and now that the holidays are coming upon us, I will be picking back up on my baked goodies for Christmas orders such as my most sought after Gobs and whoppie pies, a variety pack of my Bakers dozen cookies. All pics are listed on my page here for reference. If you have a special preference on baked goods, please feel free to reach out here or on PM. Good afternoon , I've missed you all! Between my full time Health care job and moving, it has been quite a busy month for me! On a positive note, Yes, I will still be posting my homemade goodies and recipes for you all! I will be taking Easter Egg orders until March 29th. So if you have any requests for The Peanut Butter, Coconut, or the Malllo Cup Eggs, please get your last minute orders in to me today through March 29th. My services are delivery and Meet for pick up times are from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Monday through Friday. Serving the Berkeley County Communites.

I'm loving my silicone cup cake and muffin cups. The shapes are perfect. Check out the heart, star, and rose shaped Blueberry muffins. I can't wait to use these for my spring and summer events! Even made a rose shaped Chocolate Cake with the silicone rose bundt.

Banana Pudding with a home-made Graham Cracker Crust. One of our Favorites! Warning: It's soo addictive! 👌

2- 4 Ounce packages of Vanilla pudding
Whipped with 3 1/2 cups of milk. Set aside.

Prepare your Graham Crackers. 3 cups of crumbs or you can crush your own as I did in this recipe with 1 full package of Graham Crackers.
Add 3 tbsp of melted butter to the crumbs.
Press Graham Cracker crumbs into the bottom of a 9×13 glass pan. Layer your Pudding over the Graham Cracker Crust. Slice 3 large bananas and place on top of the Pudding.
Top with one container of cool whip. Chill for one hour in the fridge.

30 Minute Cheesy Spanish Rice.

1 box of Spanish rice
1 can of diced tomatoes with green chili peppers
1/2 pound of cooked hamburger, drained.
1/2 pound of bacon cooked and drained.
Combine all ingredients with 2 cups of water into 9×13 baking dish.
Top with Mozzarella and Chedder cheese.
Bake on 350F for 20 minutes.
Makes 6- 1 cup servings.

Easy and delicious 30 minute one dish meals.

Potatoes, Bacon & Cabbage.

Quarter 4 large potatoes
Fry chopped bacon (5 to 6 slices)
1/2 head of cabbage.
Pan fry all ingredients together on med. heat for 20 minutes until carmelized. Adding onions is optional. Makes 5- 1 cup servings.

A delicious quick and easy appetizer for New Year's Eve.

Jalapeño Cheese Sauce with tator tots.

1 package of tator tots
Bake on 350F for 15 minutes.

In 3 quart pan over medium heat, melt 1/2 stick of butter, 3 slices of American cheese, one 12 ounce bag of mixed Colby Jack Shredded Cheese. 2 small diced Jalapeños. Simmer and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour over tater tots.

A classic favorite in our family! Triple Cheesy Mac.

1lb. Of Elbow Macaroni
Boil 6 cups of water in a 6 quart pan on med.high heat. Preheat oven on 350F

Add macoroni once water comes to a boil for 12 minutes. Drain macoroni, place back in pan and add 1 1/2 cups of evaporated can milk. 1 stick of butter, 5 slices of American cheese, one 16 ounce package of mac and cheese blend shredded. Mix all together, transfer into a 9 ×13 baking dish.
Bake on 350F for 18 minutes or until the top of Mac & Cheese is a light golden brown. Makes 6 to 8 1 cup servings. This dish is always a win, win!
