No reservations- first come first serve. My spot only fits a maximum of fives loaves so if the loaf you wanted is gone, please send me a message and I can make you one to order 🙂

I am now accepting orders for this upcoming Saturday 5/30. Taking a maximum order of 20 loaves. 50% of profits go directly towards paying for Jaws' emergency surgery.

Free deliveries to my neighbors -- Rancho el Dorado / The Lakes
$4 delivery fee for those living in other HoAs within city limits ONLY
Please add the delivery option upon ordering if you aren't my neighbor and wish for your bread to be delivered.

This cutie showed up to my work a week ago. Two coworkers stepped up, one to hold onto her until her spay and another one to adopt her!
Thanks to the customers at LOAF’D her spay will be 100% covered by the proceeds from the sales.
She’s currently in heat so she could not have been picked up at a better time.
Here is to one step closer to the last litter of street cats in Maricopa 🧡

I’ll be traveling to PA tonight to celebrate my niece’s wedding!! I’ll be back to making bread on Tuesday 5/20 — I’ll be stocking up at Honeycutt Coffee first 🙂

I’m a little bit all over the place, but hopefully you get the idea :)

Wet Ingredients

* 3 ripe bananas, mashed
* ½ cup (120 g) sourdough starter or discard
* ⅓ cup melted butter or oil
* ¾ cup (150 g) sugar
* 2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

* 1½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
