Macarons were Amy’s biggest challenge in baking and they were actually the motivator to start our business! One day I got a call from my mom saying she was just whipping up some macarons… she indeed made macaron chips instead! We laughed and she realized how much work they actually entail. It ended up being a running joke over the years within our family. She worked so hard to perfect and find the best recipe that worked for us. She really loved all the flavors our customers came up with and it was one of her favorite products she got to be creative with 🤍

Before we close this chapter of the duo, I’d like to share some of our work from this past year that was never posted 🤍

It is with deep sadness to announce that an important half of our Whisky Duo team has passed away. Amy was an amazing baker her entire life and had a passion for what she did in the kitchen. She truly enjoyed every single order we received over the last few years and we ultimately just had fun with our business.
It has been a very difficult time for our family and as of now we will have to close Whisky Duo. Maybe someday down the road as the next generation begins to learn what Amy taught us all we may have a new vision for our company. But until then, we are no longer accepting orders.
Thank you all for understanding and for the continued support in the community. Whisky Duo will miss you all. Thank you for an amazing 4 years 🤍

It’s finally Christmas time! This year we will be offering 3 options to order from for your holiday season ✨

Option 1: Holiday 4 pack of cookies for $25
Option 2: Santa’s wishlist box for $15 which will include the edible marker for your little one to write to Santa 🎅🏼
Option 3: Family variety pack (not pictured) will include pecan tarts, Mexican wedding cookies, chocolate toffee brittle, rolled cherry flavored swirl cookies, snowflake sugar cookies, and peanut butter ritz cookies. These cookies will be a dozen for $45

**Reminder, we will be closed for custom orders starting 12/19 to 1/5. We will be available to contact for orders needed after 1/5. Thank you all for understanding and we appreciate all our customers who have supported us through out this year 🫶🏼
