I made my favorite apple cinnamon crumb cake today for my family 😊 I decided to make it into a bundt cake this time because I’ve be wanting to try it. I’m so happy with how it turned out!

I’m thinking about possibly bringing some to the Copa Farmers Market this Sunday.

If you want to come see me and my family, we will be at the Central Arizona College from 10am - 2pm

When I’m making bread, I have a few different ways I like to develop the gluten.

Stretch & fold is one of them, but I also like to do slap & folds as well as coil folds. This is what my slap & folds look like, and I do something called the window pane test to make sure the gluten has developed. I’ll show what that looks like in another post later ☺️

Everyone, meet my sister, Mikayla's Sweet Treats!

She & I both love to bake with sourdough, and her favorite thing to bake is cookies (with a little bit of mom's help of course... she's only 5 after all).

Today was baking day for both of us! She made pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and fluffy oatmeal raisin cookies, and I am still baking (I'll share more once I finished!). We will both have yummy items available to buy tomorrow morning. Pick up in Maricopa!!
