🎂 I did not get as much rest as I wanted to this last week, but it was nice to spend some time in the garden, finish some canning projects, and work on a couple paintings.

Even though it's my birthday today, we're already back to baking and decorating cookies! If you didn't know, our Raspberry Crumble bars are fantastic when topped with ice cream! All the bar scraps from today were my bday dessert. 🥰

Of course we will be back at market this Saturday, so don't forget to stop by!

✨ Thank you, everyone, for a beautiful market yesterday and for all the crazy fun orders from last weekend and this weekend!

As noted in our last two posts, we will not be attending market on the 29th. Aside from a couple of very special orders, we need a breather from work! I have not had a cookie-free week since the first weekend of December 2025... which apparently was so unbelievable that some people thought we closed shop and moved to... Seattle? Rumors are so weird, but that's what I heard at market the next weekend! 😂

Anyway.

I'm not a fan of hustle culture, and my mental and physical health is important to me. I know it's a weird time to take a break, but I'm SO EXCITED FOR FALL you guys have no idea what you're in for when I come back.

I'll probably still be posting though, and we'll be back at market on September 5th! Love y'all, and see you soon-ish! 💜

💜 Market opens in less than 20 minutes! It's such a lovely morning to stop by before heading down to Mankato Art Crawl!

And just a reminder that we will not be at market next weekend, so stock up today to tide you over till September!

🦄 While I won't be able to attend this year, I'm so excited that the Minnesota Renaissance Festival is starting tomorrow and I just had to make some unicorn and dragon cookies!

✨ I hope everyone is ready for raspberries this weekend! My berry patch is making pounds of perfect fruit every day and I need help eating it all.

Raspberry Crumble bars and Raspberry Lemon muffins will for sure be at market this Saturday! Might also see if I can find time for raspberry tarts as well, but time is tight this week and I'm already a little behind. We'll see! 😅

🧁 Thank you for another amazing market, Mankato! Even with all that gloomy weather y'all lined up for treats.

Currently testing some raspberry lemon muffins for next weekend. I need you guys to help me eat all of these delicious berries from my garden; I can only make so much raspberry jam!

🌧️ Market opens in less than 15 minutes! We brought the big umbrella just in case, but for now it's just a little cloudy. Honestly we're glad for a little reprieve from the sun.

We didn't bring quite as much as normal so get here early for the best selection!

🐌 Originally we were going to do a completely different theme this week, but when we saw the gloomy weather forecast we decided to change it up a bit!
