Today I officially registered as an LLC, did a demo on the local news Kato Living, and officially opened my online shop and website! It’s a work in progress as I add everything and continue to curate a high quality menu.

Thank you to everyone for your support and love! It’s been such an honor to hear so many compliments so far, and to put so much love on others’ tables 🥰

I’m Lizzie, and I am so excited to announce the launch of my new business, Cozy Kitchen Creations! I absolutely love bringing people together over food, and I believe that delicious food can be a catalyst for connection and joy.

I have a passion for all things cooking and baking, and have been learning and training in the kitchen since 2020. I'm receiving my MN Cottage Food Producer certification soon, and I can't wait to share my homemade creations with the world! I'll be starting out by selling a variety of baked and canned goods at community events, and online with drop-off distribution in the Mankato area. I'm committed to using fresh, locally sourced and high-quality ingredients. I'll be doing lots of recipe testing in the coming weeks to curate a menu that's both delicious and community-inspired. Like my photography business, I will also donate and give back to the community as much as I can 🥰
