There are certain messages that stop you for a moment—and remind you why you pull the late nights and early mornings doing what you do.

Yesterday, a sweet mama shared something with me that I won’t forget. Her child, who has cerebral palsy, has struggled with tolerating certain foods, bread especially, which means mealtimes haven’t always been easy, and finding something that feels good for their body is a challenge.

She told me that after adding Miranda’s Bread Box sourdough into their routine… things changed.

Less discomfort.
Better digestion.
A food her child could actually enjoy—and feel good eating.

As a mom and as the hands behind every loaf, that kind of message means more than any sale ever could. It’s personal. It’s powerful. And it’s exactly why I am so passionate about what I make.
