We recently made an order of 200 iced sugar cookies for National Youth Theater’s (NYT) West Side Story production. These cookies were iced first and then airbrushed in two separate steps before packaging. It was such a privilege to bake for this wonderful group of performers.

Hi, I’m Nicole, and I’m the face behind Bengal Tiger Bakery. I’m a huge LSU sports fan, hence, the name of my bakery. I’ve been baking and decorating cakes since I was 8 years old, and I love bringing smiles to my customers when they see and bite into my creations. This year I competed in The Greatest Baker online baking competition and placed 2nd in the Semifinals, putting me in the Top 8 of 11,000 worldwide bakers.
