Fruit bars are a hit at our bakery, and their price covers the time and ingredients it takes to make them! It's a 45-minute process with seven steps for these special cookies.
First, we mix the dough.
Then, we weigh each piece, making 40 in total.
Next, we roll each piece into a log and put 4 on each of our 10 pans.
After that, we hand-press each log on every pan.
Then, we double-pan and bake them.
Once they're cool, we cut squares from each baked log on every pan.
Finally, we loosen them up and pan them on our cookie pans.
