Because of Christ, in any circumstance, joy is deeper than despair. Praise God! Life will bring us many trials and sufferings as Christians, but because we have salvation through Jesus Christ, joy will outshine despair through every moment if you choose to trust Christ in every circumstance.

Learning and accepting that sometimes God’s answer to our prayers might be a no, not yet, or a yes, can be hard to absorb. However, God’s will is always better. Therefore, we can trust that whatever His answer will be, it is best for us, even when it’s hard to accept or not what we wanted. He is growing us in steadfastness, patience, and love in our faith.

God is sovereign. Nothing happens on this earth apart from His hand. His plan and will are perfect always and far better for us than anything we could ever imagine. Because He is always good and works things to the good of those who love Him, we can trust that even when we don’t understand this life and the circumstances in it, we can trust Him through it all.
