A little milestone for CoLee Artisanal Pastries our pastries are officially being served at TWO different coffee shops!

After spending over a decade building my pastry career at Pebble Beach Resorts, I took a chance on starting something of my own. Seeing CoLee Pastries grow from an idea into a woman and Asian owned small business into a business supplying pastries to multiple local coffee shops feels pretty special.

I’m incredibly grateful to the businesses that have given my work a place in their shops and to everyone who has purchased, shared, recommended, or supported CoLee Pastries along the way.

Two coffee shops and growing. This is only the beginning.
