Below are some of the most recent bakes that were made this week! The cookies on the white plate are the shortbread cookies. They came out great and go well with tea or coffee. The bagged bread is the zucchini bread, it’s a versatile bake that’s good just about anytime of the day. Finally in the bowl are the pecan shorts, these were a tougher bake than expected today but they turned out well and are a solid after dinner dessert.
The bakery is still getting started and the menu will be changing but stay tuned for the updates. If there’s a specific type of bake you or someone you know is looking for, even if not listed now, send a message and we can go over the details to get it made hopefully soon!
