An extraordinary amount of time and resources were devoted to creating this magnificent German chocolate cake, a true masterpiece. Realtor Jeff Frey entrusted me with the honor of crafting the most colossal German chocolate cake imaginable to celebrate a momentous milestone: our dear friend Mike's acquisition of his first home. Notably, every element of this culinary triumph was meticulously prepared from scratch, incorporating generous amounts of essential ingredients: 3.5 pounds of butter, 3 pounds of pecans, 2 pounds of coconut, 4.5 cups of cocoa powder, 13.5 cups of sugar, and 36 eggs, among other vital components. The finished cake stood tall at an impressive 27.4 pounds. Warmest congratulations to Mike on this groundbreaking achievement, and here's to a bright, prosperous future for him and his loved ones! ❤️

I prepared chocolate peanut butter cupcakes, vanilla cupcakes with buttercream icing, and a 6-inch chocolate cake with buttercream icing for my great-niece Lily's birthday celebration, incorporating a rainbow color scheme as per her request. I actually really love doing these rainbow cakes, they are so pretty!

The carrot cake with a maple glaze was a delightful treat. It was exceptionally moist and delicious. It served as dessert this evening following dinner with Dawn's closest girlfriends and their spouses.
