It’s just a bakery, it’s just a sandwich shop, it’s just a coffee shop, it’s just a mom and pop restaurant, it’s just a neighborhood convenient store. It isn’t.

Yesterday a customer came to the bakery to get something for his wife who was recovering from a procedure at the hospital. He said “all she wanted was something from R & M Bakery.”

Small businesses make a connection with their customers. We definitely aren’t in small business because it is easy. Small business owner’s love language is service and we all crave the connection and we appreciate everyone who walks through the doors.
