A very close friend of mine shared a holiday memory of getting a Terry’s Chocolate 🍫 Orange 🍊 ball every Christmas when she was younger and in her honor for the last two years, we have offered an orange-chocolate macaron. ⭐️Quick chocolate 🍫 tip⭐️Chocolate macarons can be a bit tricky. Be sure not to add too much cocoa to the batter, which can result in flat/cracked macarons. I also find that I macaronage the batter slightly less than I would for non-chocolate macarons. Hope this helps!! Happy Motivation Macaron Monday Mac Friends!!! So I wore this T-shirt to my 5am Bootcamp this morning which said “I got this” and quite frankly some days you don’t know if you do or you don’t, but that’s okay because it’s all about the journey.
