This summer has given me the chance to pause and focus on what matters most.

It’s been able to slow down, make memories with my girls while they’re home from school, and finally take care of a few personal health concerns that I’ve been pushing aside. As much as I love baking, this season has reminded me that while I’ll always put my family first, taking care of myself is important too.

Thank you for giving me the grace to step away for a little while. Your support of County Line Bakehouse means so much to our family, and it’s because of customers like you that I’m able to run this business in a way that puts family first.

I can’t wait to be back this fall, refreshed and excited to have fresh sourdough on the menu again. Until then, I hope you’re soaking up the best parts of summer, too.

☀️ Summer Schedule Update ☀️

Hi friends! As we head into summer, I wanted to share a quick update for County Line Bakehouse.

Over the next few months, I’ll be moving to a limited summer baking schedule. Between family time, summer activities, travel, hosting several guests and all the extra rhythms this season brings, bake days may look a little different from month to month.

I’ve found this slower summer pace creates a better balance for our family while still allowing me to keep the bakery running and continue sharing fresh sourdough with you all. 🤍

Because of that, the best way to stay in the loop will be to:

🥖 Order early when menus go live

Putting the finishing touches on these red, white & blueberry scones

A sweet drizzle, freeze dried strawberries, and so much gratitude for the customer who dreamed these up. loved bringing this idea to life and I truly hope you all love them as much as I loved making them!

As we head into Memorial Day weekend, I’m also taking a moment to remember what this holiday is really about: honoring and remembering the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. I’m grateful for their sacrifice and wishing everyone a safe, meaningful, and restful weekend with the people you love. 🇺🇸
