A little County Line Bakehouse update 🤎

I’ve had a few people reach out asking when we’ll be back, so I wanted to give a little update.

I’m still taking things one day at a time. I’ve been dealing with some ongoing health issues and have several medical appointments and evaluations ahead of me, so right now my focus needs to be on getting healthy and figuring out what my next steps look like.

Because of that, my husband and I decided not to reopen the bakery until we have a better idea of what is going on. I know many of you are patiently waiting for your sourdough fix, and I’m incredibly grateful for that! In the meantime, I’ll still be working behind the scenes on administrative and business tasks and keeping things moving here at County Line Bakehouse and continuing to take care of my family and home. 🤎

I promise I’ll share an update as soon as I have a better idea of when I’ll be able to return.

Thank you for continuing to support my family bakery and for giving me the grace to put my health and family first right now. It means more than you know!

This summer has given me the chance to pause and focus on what matters most.

It’s been able to slow down, make memories with my girls while they’re home from school, and finally take care of a few personal health concerns that I’ve been pushing aside. As much as I love baking, this season has reminded me that while I’ll always put my family first, taking care of myself is important too.

Thank you for giving me the grace to step away for a little while. Your support of County Line Bakehouse means so much to our family, and it’s because of customers like you that I’m able to run this business in a way that puts family first.

I can’t wait to be back this fall, refreshed and excited to have fresh sourdough on the menu again. Until then, I hope you’re soaking up the best parts of summer, too.

☀️ Summer Schedule Update ☀️

Hi friends! As we head into summer, I wanted to share a quick update for County Line Bakehouse.

Over the next few months, I’ll be moving to a limited summer baking schedule. Between family time, summer activities, travel, hosting several guests and all the extra rhythms this season brings, bake days may look a little different from month to month.

I’ve found this slower summer pace creates a better balance for our family while still allowing me to keep the bakery running and continue sharing fresh sourdough with you all. 🤍

Because of that, the best way to stay in the loop will be to:

🥖 Order early when menus go live
