There is nothing quite like turning a blank canvas of flour, sugar, and butter into something spectacular.

This weekend, I’m deep in creation mode, working on some pretty special cookies that I can’t wait to share with you all!

I’ve got the music turned up, the stand mixer is earning its keep, and the whole kitchen smells like pure sugar.

I might have been taking a little break from posting, but I’ll never miss a chance to bake for my kids!

This past April, my oldest son went all out with his birthday cake request, and I think I delivered.

We're talking a Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake stacked with a Double Chocolate Chip Brownie and layered with a rich Oreo filling.

It’s rich, it’s decadent, and it didn't last long!
