When I was in elementary school in the 90’s you could buy ice cream bars during lunch. My mom would occasionally tape some quarters to the top of my lunchbox to get myself a treat and I would always get that Strawberry Crunch Ice Cream Bar. Classic! I guess this is a nostalgic week for me, as yesterday I announced the Lemon Cooler Big Cookie as a throw back to my childhood summer days, here’s another homage to a 90’s treat for me!

STRAWBERRY CRUNCH BIG COOKIE! 🍓
A rich, strawberry-infused dough layered with a smooth strawberry chocolate drizzle, topped with buttery granola crunch, and finished with bursts of freeze-dried strawberries and melty white chocolate chips. It’s sweet, a little crisp, a little soft, and seriously hard to stop at one.

I grew up on Lemon Coolers, the BEST box of cookies around! Anyone else recalls those? It was a lemon infused vanilla wafer drenched in powdered sugar - the best summer poolside treat. They were discontinued many years ago, and I had the thought to pay homage to them in big cookie form, of course!

This one is GOOD, you guys. Like… clear your schedule and claim your box immediately good.

We’re dropping FOUR flavors this round: a mix of brand new + fan favorites

✨ NEW: Birthday Cake – soft, buttery, loaded with sprinkles, and basically a party in cookie form

I’m baaaackkk! After taking a two-year break, I’m excited to pop back in with occasional cookie drops 🤍

Here’s how it works: instead of keeping a full-time online shop, I’ll be offering curated “drops” about every two weeks. Each drop will feature a limited menu of flavors, and orders must be placed during that window and picked up on a designated day. No delivery—local pickup only!

✨ First Drop Details

Opens: Friday, March 27 at 5:00 PM
Closes: Thursday, April 2 at 5:00 PM
Pickup: Saturday, April 4 from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
