Americana meets elevation with this gorgeous menu we proudly executed this week. The hostess of this event went out of her way to make us feel right at home and was able to have her own chefs table experience, sampling each dish and rooting us on as dishes were plated. This dinner gave us the opportunity to play and push ourselves with visuals, new textures, and techniques we had not explored before- and for that we are beyond thankful for the opportunity. ✨
Soup:
Shrimp and corn chowder

Fish:
Deconstructed deviled egg with caviar

Main:
Smoked bbq short ribs served with rustic potato salad and mini cornbread muffin

Salad:
Spinach accompanied with strawberry and feta topped with a spritz of red wine vinaigrette

Dessert:
Apple pie with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel drizzle

A “Taste Of” Dinner in partnership with LR MET was an absolute hit. The night consisted of a home tour in Jeremy Carter’s historical downtown home, a coursed meal for our special guests, and beautiful conversation about the power of art, fashion, and food. We are so thankful for the opportunity and cannot wait to see what we conjure up for next year!
