Wanted to use one of the limited flavors from OREO

Banana Pudding Oreo Bars
1 c. (2 sticks) Unsalted butter, melted
2 c. Light or dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 c. All purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
10-12 Banana Pudding flavored Oreos, crushed
8x8 or 9x13 pan

Preheat to 350, spray or coat pan with butter
In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and mix
Fold in about 10 crushed Oreos in batter
Pour in pan and bake for 30 mins or until fully baked

Pudding/Topping
Instant Vanilla Pudding ( 1 reg size or Family Pack)
2 c. Milk
4 TB sugar
2 lids of vanilla
White Chocolate (half a bar)

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth

Apply pudding on top of the brownies bars, sprinkle the leftover crushed Oreos on top, and drizzle with White Chocolate. Cut into squares and enjoy!
