This cream cheese frosting was barely holding it together in this 100 degree weather 😬. Trust me when I say, this heat is not a bakers friend. They made it to the customer in one piece, so thank god for that.

It’s been a whirl wind this last week with kids starting school again, I completely forgot to post all of my cakes I’ve done recently.

Here is a smash cake and 1 dozen cupcakes I made for a friend. A nickname they call their baby all the time is their Beanie Baby. Being a 90’s kid, you couldn’t go anywhere without seeing or your family talking about beanie babies so I felt the nostalgia making this order and it’s a really cute nickname. Instead of making things complicated with all of the different animals, I decided to do the Beanie Babies Tag, it turned out so stinking cute.

I made a big cupcake order this weekend for a Chatta-two-chee themed birthday party.

We made 3 dozen fish bobber cupcakes and 1 dozen purple snow cone cupcakes ( 2 dozen vanilla cupcakes and 2 dozen chocolate cupcakes ). They also ordered 25 ( 8oz ) cups of chocolate Oreo muddy buddies with gummy worms to imitate bait for fishing!!!

I made a coconut sour cream cake for a family member today. I’m not the biggest fan of coconut but this cake was so light and fluffy, the coconut gave it some extra flavor but was not overpowering. It was delicious.
