You can invest in your mental health by:

âś” Checking in with a friend or co-worker
âś” Setting boundaries that protect your energy
âś” Asking for support when you need it
âś” Making time for rest, movement or connection
You can also help raise awareness by starting conversations, reducing stigma, and reminding others that mental health matters every day, not just in May.
