It’s June and the air is just right for Scoopin’ Cheesecake. Inspired by being outdoors and getting summer plans underway, this month we recognize Lincoln, Nebraska hosting the and the at Memorial Stadium in a historic battle on Tom Osborn Field. And firefighters hear me clearly, you light that bat on fire 🔥 in Memorial Stadium and I’ll do whatever it takes to get that bat and mount it proudly in my shop, as a 5th generation Lincoln man and having my grandpa and great grandpa (1908) serve with the LFD it would be an honor to rest that bat within these walls. ~ Marcus

20 years of cutting cheesecake by foot. Such a fascinating design right? Cutting by foot allows the guillotine blade to have twice the amount of force as you administer by foot. It’s a flat blade that creases the papers as it slides them through the very narrow pass. We have been using the cheesecake cutter since 2006. Shown here in our demonstration is the lovely Lemon Drop cheesecake available all through May.
