High Society Cheesecake Family owned and operated since 2006. We are Lincoln's ONE & only place to get made from scratch cheesecake. Still to this day, we continue that artisanship.

High Society Cheesecake was conceived in a dorm room in 2004 based on the idea of bringing a superior product to Lincoln, NE. A taste of the rich and high life that is so mostly associated with cheesecake. This process was rigorous and many different recipes were developed only to fail due to inconsistency. It would take nearly 2 years to develop a foundation of ingredients and baking times to ens

ure the most absolute consistent creamy product every time. On November 6, 2006 we would open our doors to the public offering 6 flavors. Lincoln's 1 and only scratch made cheesecake location. We proudly supply top restaurants in Lincoln as well as offering our product in over 25 grocery stores ranging from Grand Island, Lincoln, Omaha, and Council Bluffs.

Our house made biscoff Butter gets infused into our cheesecake adding that amazing ginger almost brown sugar cinnamon vibe. 3 layers of that crumbled lotus goodness just waiting for crust junkies to come get a fix. Atop sits a generous layer of Biscoff butter securing even more . . . I think you get it.

Are you Scoopin’ randy baby? With so much love in the Uk it’s kinda easy to give a massive shout out to our friends from so many miles away. We see you and we got great love from here in Lincoln, Nebraska. Cinnamon Rolls never had it so good than when we sat them on top of a pan of super rich caramel sweet cheesecake. Pillsbury is where it all began with the Bake Off contest and it is still pillsbury to this day as a major solute to culinary innovation and a hunger to challenge the way we see food.
