High Society Cheesecake Family owned and operated since 2006. We are Lincoln's ONE & only place to get made from scratch cheesecake. Still to this day, we continue that artisanship.

High Society Cheesecake was conceived in a dorm room in 2004 based on the idea of bringing a superior product to Lincoln, NE. A taste of the rich and high life that is so mostly associated with cheesecake. This process was rigorous and many different recipes were developed only to fail due to inconsistency. It would take nearly 2 years to develop a foundation of ingredients and baking times to ens

ure the most absolute consistent creamy product every time. On November 6, 2006 we would open our doors to the public offering 6 flavors. Lincoln's 1 and only scratch made cheesecake location. We proudly supply top restaurants in Lincoln as well as offering our product in over 25 grocery stores ranging from Grand Island, Lincoln, Omaha, and Council Bluffs.

If we’re going to do Horchata, then we’re going to full send it with This cheescake profile is coffee forward adding cinnamon and vanilla sweetness with a beautiful infusion of Kahlua bringing caramel and notes of toffee vibes along with even more amazing coffee flavor. This cheesecake is gluten free and easy on those sensy tummies. On top is a lovely toddy coffee infused whip. Our Toddy is made from locally sourced Roaster with Mexico origin beans.

Yep, we’re scoopin’ that good life. The are playing the here in LNK and we want to give them a flavor. This one hits home for High Society Cheesecake as our Shop decor is influenced by these amazing first responders with two generations of firefighters dating back to 1908 here in Lincoln, Nebraska with burnt designs and charred wood throughout. This flavor is centered around Apple and Fireball and sweetened with our own caramel and an absolute truck load of house made cinnamon streusel. This Fall flavor heats up with summer approaching giving you that outdoor fireside feel. Let that bite really sit on the pallet and you might even get a subtle smoke vibe as you breath out your nose.

Scoopin’ that viral trend. Dot Cake is all the rage, young folks love it and old folks should probably stick with ice cream. East meets Midwest as we layer this banger cheesecake with funfetti sheet cake and shortbread crumbles for that cake and crust magic. Our cheesecake is a sweet vanilla bean flavor with notes of caramel and cinnamon. Our house made whip captures the top and all the Dots.
