🍓🥭 OKAY, LET’S TALK FRUIT PASTRIES. 🍍🍒

Apparently, we have created a tiny pastry monster… because these have been flying out of the case faster than we can keep up.

So instead of everyone racing to the bakery and hoping their favorite flavor is still there, we’re trying something better:

✨ Weekly fruit pastry pre-sales. ✨

For now, this will be an ongoing weekly thing — basically until we decide we’re exhausted and need to lie down. 😂

Here’s the deal:

Pre-sales will open every weekend, usually Saturday or Sunday, and close Monday night. Then we’ll spend the next couple of days prepping, baking, filling, and assembling them for pickup Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

If you’ve been showing up only to find out they already sold out, this is your chance to claim yours before we start production.

Because once Monday night hits, we’re making what was ordered — and after that, the case quantity will be limited.

These are not quick little pastries. They take nearly two days, multiple components, fruit curds, ganaches, flaky pastry, and a lot of bakery stamina. But clearly… you all have decided they’re worth the drama. 😂

🚚📦 WOW. We finally did it!

Our very first Bake Club orders are now shipping, and we couldn't be more excited to get these boxes into your hands.

Our Small Boxes are being shipped out today. Customers located closer to our bakery will likely see delivery by Friday or Saturday. For customers farther away or out of state, shipping is typically expected within 3–5 business days.

Please keep in mind that delivery times ultimately depend on the shipping carrier selected at checkout, and while we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates.

Our remaining Medium Boxes will be processed and shipped on Monday, with delivery expected sometime during that week.

We want to sincerely thank everyone for their patience and support. Launching a nationwide shipping program has been a huge undertaking, and we've spent countless hours researching packaging, testing products, and making adjustments to ensure your treats arrive as fresh and beautiful as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the staggered shipping schedule, but please know every decision has been made with the goal of delivering the best possible experience and product quality.
