Becky's Bread's Arising is a passion allowing me to bake and sell breads from B**r to Challah, Rustic White and Artisans. Petite rolls with a dark chocolate center and brown butter icing are a perfect with coffee. Dinner rolls are soft with good texture and do not need to be buttered. Scones are rich and flaky made with butter and buttermilk with a handful of dried currents. I use seasonal fruits to add some fun if baking tarts or crostatas.
