Even though pumpkin season is creeping in, I couldn’t help but play around with flavors for a friend — and this one turned out too good not to share! 🍋🫐

Blueberry Lemon Meringue Pie 💛💜
A buttery crust lined with blueberry compote, classic lemon curd custard filling, fluffy toasted meringue, and a drizzle of homemade blueberry syrup on top.

This pie was just me experimenting in the kitchen, so it’s not available to order — but keep an eye out, because fall + holiday pie orders open soon, and the lineup is looking delicious. 👀🥧🍂

This one’s for the kids we used to be—the ones who lived for Saturday mornings packed with cartoons and sugar-fueled joy. Think Scooby Doo, SpongeBob, The Flintstones, The Smurfs, Looney Tunes… and a cereal bowl bigger than your head.

🌿 Mint Condition – For the mint chocolate lovers, this layered beauty brings ganache, crème de menthe, and Buncha Crunch together in perfect harmony.

🍒 Crimson Cloud – A whipped cranberry-pomegranate mousse with orange zest and cinnamon on a Biscoff crust. Light, bright, and winter-kissed.

NEW PIE EXPERIMENT: Chocolate Mint Chip!
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month — where green represents support and awareness — I created something cool, comforting, and full of texture: the Chocolate Mint Chip Pie.

It starts with a chocolate pie crust, then a rich layer of chocolate ganache, followed by a layer of Andes mints for that classic minty snap. On top of that is a fluffy whipped cream & custard filling infused with crème de menthe, and folded with crunchy chocolate-covered rice candies (Buncha Crunch lovers, this one’s for you).

It’s not available on the site just yet, but I’d love your thoughts — should this minty masterpiece make its way to the Pony Pies menu?
