Boy oh boy do I have good news for you.
I’ve been busy this week making 22 pounds of croutons.
Flavors include
Ranch
Tuscan garlic
Cheesy garlic
Parmesan Italian herb
Garlic cheddar
Jalapeño cheddar

I also have a few mixed bags that have everything but the beer cheese in it.

I will have some croutons at red barn otherwise they will be at the Lansing Farners Market Saturday morning

Hey all, I had great sales in pdc farmers market this week, but Lansing was pretty slow. I forgot that it’s a week after a holiday and town is always slower.

With that being said I have a bunch of unsold bread. It’s all 50% off. First come first serve. If you are interested let me know and we can make a time for you to come over to pick up.

Plain

Black pepper Parmesan
brown sugar cinnamon
Jalapeño cheddar
Everything bagel
Ranch

I will be making new croutons starting now and grabbing some breads as I go. If you want something let me know asap

Wow oh wow did you guys show up!!!

Between taste of Lansing, selling at the red barn, and the farmers market I sold, 18 mini loafs, 37 small loafs, and 41 large loafs. On top of that I sold almost 100 cookies, and a huge amount of croutons, granola, and pancake mix.

You guys rock!!!!!

Now as I’m prepping everything for this week I’m questioning my sanity. I am going to add a second market to my week. Thursday I will be set up at the Prairie Du Chien farmers market on St. Feriole Island from 4-7. I will still be set up at red bard all weekend and will be at Lansings market too. It’s going to be a busy busy week.

I have already mixed up 235 pounds of bread dough for the week and I’m not done yet!!!

Bringing back some favorites for the start of Lansings Farmers Market

Today I made 15 pounds of dry sourdough pancake mix. Last year everyone went crazy over these.

I also made 15 pounds sourdough granola. This batch is made from my French toast, honey wheat, and apple cinnamon breads for more of a neutral taste, nothing overpowering. I can’t wait to try it on my yogurt in the morning.

I will have both products at the truck stand at Red Barn and also at the farmers market.

About Lansing Farmers Market. This year it is moved to Saturday mornings 9-12 and will be at the Plaza. The plaza is kiddy corner from Kwik Star.

I will also be at the plaza Thursday night for Taste of Lansing. I will have some items to purchase but not a lot. But I WILL have some tasty samples.
