I have decided to step away from cake for awhile. I don’t know how long this will last or when I will be ready to return.

I will complete the orders already on my calendar so if you have a cake ordered please know I plan to complete them and will not be canceling any orders.

I love the joy creating a custom cake brings to both me and the customer but I hate the time it takes me away from my family. This month off I have realized that I have put my family and myself on the back burner for a very long time and now more then ever the focus needs to be on us.

The past three months have been incredibly busy, averaging 15-18 orders a weekend, and while I am INCREDIBLY grateful for the business it’s just me doing all the work and that is starting to take a toll. So....I have decided to take the month of August off and will not be taking any orders. Orders already on my calendar will be honored. I feel for my mental health and to prevent total burnout, I need to refocus, relax and spend time with my family. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but look forward to creating your celebration cakes again soon!
