Tis the season…pumpkin is back at the bakery!!! Our wonderful bakers made some fresh and delicious pumpkin muffins, they go excellent with our homemade pumpkin spice lattes! 🎃☕️

Thank you very much for visiting the bakery during Lancaster Fair !!
Some familiar faces popping in to the kitchen to say hello and many new faces that I have never seen before.
We appreciate your visit and patience when you wait in line.

The summer season is winding down. And we are introducing fall items- apple galettes, pear kolache ( coming soon), plum tarts and pumpkin muffins and pies later in the season.

It is also the last weekend of flower bouquets from 27_peonies that decorated bakery all summer.

‼️Hello Sweet People‼️

Labor Day weekend and Lancaster Fair are upon us and a lot of Visitors are usually stopping at the Polish Princess.
In preparation for this busy holiday one of our ovens died on Sunday and we don’t have enough time to fix it.

For that reason we will operate with shorter hours.

Wednesday-Sunday 7-2 or sold out
Monday- Labor Day - closed.

* NEW LOCATION * Opening Sept 4!

Next weekend, we will be open at our new, permanent orchard home - 25 Tellman Lane, Whitefield NH. For Bray Hill Rd orchard fans: Apples from Bray Hill Rd will be available at our new location, but the Bray Hill orchard will be CLOSED to the public this season.

We have planted and tended the trees at our new place since 2021, and are excited to welcome everyone to join us for U-Pick apples, c***r, donuts (made fresh!), pumpkins, slushees, and more!

We'll be open Fri-Sun (and Holidays), 10am-5pm.
