‼️Hello Sweet People‼️

Labor Day weekend and Lancaster Fair are upon us and a lot of Visitors are usually stopping at the Polish Princess.
In preparation for this busy holiday one of our ovens died on Sunday and we don’t have enough time to fix it.

For that reason we will operate with shorter hours.

Wednesday-Sunday 7-2 or sold out
Monday- Labor Day - closed.

* NEW LOCATION * Opening Sept 4!

Next weekend, we will be open at our new, permanent orchard home - 25 Tellman Lane, Whitefield NH. For Bray Hill Rd orchard fans: Apples from Bray Hill Rd will be available at our new location, but the Bray Hill orchard will be CLOSED to the public this season.

We have planted and tended the trees at our new place since 2021, and are excited to welcome everyone to join us for U-Pick apples, cider, donuts (made fresh!), pumpkins, slushees, and more!

We'll be open Fri-Sun (and Holidays), 10am-5pm.

Happy First day of school to our teachers, all students- small and big, but especially our very own students:

🌷Amber- she was scooping thousands of cookies that you were devouring with a lightning speed.
🌷Sammy-from slinging espresso drinks and washing dishes, to cleaning projects, he was always ready to help.
🌷Kamryn- master of organization on a sandwich station , she kept calm demeanor during busiest moments.
🌷Amani- your stay in the North Country is always too short!

With a change of season come small changes to pastry menu.
We retired Beestings and cream buns but welcomed brownies, peach and plum galettes ( briefly) , following by apple galettes.
As the season progresses pears will show up on the menu.
