In the early morning hours, Buzz is already in the kitchen, baking his classic pastries long before the market even begins. The wood-fired breads are already baked, and by 7:30am, he has prepared nearly 20 different kinds of breads and pastries. His car is loaded with trays of pastries, baskets full of bread, and everything needed to set up for the

This is our 9th year selling at the farmers market, and every summer we learn something new. We love baking for our community, and we are so grateful for how kind and supportive everyone has been of our passion for baking, experimenting, and trying new things.
