I’ve gotten to see Berkeley grow up over the past 10+ years and she’s the epitome of beauty and grace. After making a few milestone cakes for her, I was honored to make her off to Clemson bento last month! I know she’s going to do great things!!

My assistant actually took the lead on this one to do the piping work - seeing her grow and develop decorating skills to the point I would happily put my name on her work is one of the greatest joys of my life right now 🙂 a lot of you have met Ashlee at the door for pickups or had her bring your cake out and help load! She’s a really wonderful teen and it’s taken a lot to trust someone else to come in and learn the ropes because this business is my baby, but it was time to majorly scale back or branch out - she’s become a solid part of the Quick Little Cakes team and we are so grateful to have her!
