🥪 THIS is how we make our Louisville Chicken Salad! 🥪

Goodies Girl is taking you behind the scenes and making one of our favorites completely from scratch! 👀

We start with tender chicken, our homemade seasoned mayo, and then add Cajun pecans for that little kick of flavor and crunch that makes our Louisville Chicken Salad so darn good. 🤤

Then we pile it onto our fresh-baked bread and turn it into a sandwich that’s hard to resist!

🎃 PUMPKIN BAR SEASON HAS ARRIVED! 🎃

Goodies Girl and Breadman are here to tell you about one of the most incredibly delicious things in the bakery right now… PUMPKIN BARS with CREAM CHEESE ICING! 🤤

Soft, moist, perfectly pumpkin-y and topped with that dreamy cream cheese icing. Honestly, these bars don’t need much publicity… but when you put Goodies Girl and Breadman together, apparently craziness is required. 😂

🎃 Pumpkin? YES.
🍰 Cream cheese icing? ABSOLUTELY.
🤪 Breadman & Goodies Girl being completely normal about it? Not a chance.

Come get one before we eat them all ourselves! 😋

A substantial downpour greeted the start of the West Lafayette Farmers Market this afternoon, and Bread Boi and Bill are absolutely soaked! 🌧️💦

But the good news? The rain has moved on, the skies are blue, and the weather is now picture perfect! ☀️

Bread Boi is making an official appeal: come on out and see us! We have fresh breads, goodies, cinnamon rolls, and all your market favorites waiting for you. Let’s help these rain-soaked market warriors end the day strong! 🍞❤️

When Are the Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls Coming?! 🎃🍂

It’s been a CRAZY week around here! Between a couple of BIG catering orders and Purdue students being back in town, we’ve had to ramp up production on some of your favorites — especially those cinnamon rolls! 😋

But naturally, the BIG question came up…

🎃 WHEN are the Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls coming back?! 🎃

You’ll have to watch the video with Breadman & Goodies Girl to find out! 👀 We’re not giving away the answer here!

And while they’re talking, Goodies Girl is multitasking like always — kneading up a batch of Country French bread! 🍞

Denise

Three catering orders. 170 people. And Denise is right in the middle of making all those sandwiches! 🥪💪

Denise has been part of the Great Harvest family for a long time and keeps our catering and client orders running smoothly. Somehow, Breadman managed to distract her from the sandwich-making long enough to get a little interview in! 😂

We found out her favorite Great Harvest product, how long she’s been with us, and what she loves most about working here.

We’re pretty sure we couldn’t keep things moving without Denise—and we’re grateful for everything she does! ❤️🍞

Before the Sun Came Up 🌅🍞

The Breadman decided to surprise the team with an early-morning check-in… and WOW, were they already getting after it! 👏

Sierra was cranking out brownies 🍫
Chelsey was making cinnamon explosion bread 🍞✨
And Goodies Girl was busy packaging all those goodies! 🧁📦

The best part? They’d been hard at work since 3:30 THIS MORNING! 😳💪

That’s the kind of dedication that happens behind the scenes before most of us are even thinking about breakfast.
