This week on meet our crew, meet Melanie!! Melanie is our general manger, she not only is very talented in the baking field she creates a positive, encouraging atmosphere for the employees and an excellent multitasker. We would be lost without her. Her favorite desserts from are the tomato basil goat cheese galette, salted chocolate chip cookie, pretzel jalapeño cheddar bacon croissant, and her all time fave the banana cream pie (back in stock fyi)! Be sure to tell her hi, and try out her faves.

One of the things that makes our bakery so special is the amazing people behind the counter and in the kitchen every single day. Starting this week, we will introduce one team member at a time and share their favorite treat from the bakery! From pies and cheesecake to cookies and croissants, you’ll get to know the people who help make the magic happen here at Sweet Revolution. This week’s featured employee is Xena! One of our wonderful front of house team members.
Their favorite treat is caramel apple pie, oatmeal cream pie and the bourbon chocolate pecan banana bread. Come try their pick this week and show them some love in the comments!
