This weekend I had the pleasure of recreating this wedding cake for my dear friend Amie and Quincy's' son, Brennen, and his beautiful bride, Alexia. Where do I start.... my cakes have traveled long distances before but they have always been pickup's. This was my first time traveling to setup a wedding cake a hour and a half away. Needless to say I was a bit nervous but determined to make sure delivery and setup went smooth and it did. My husband and I were able to attend the ceremony as well and I have to say that this wedding would have to be the most beautiful and touching ceremony I have ever attended. Brennen and Alexia's love for each other radiated and illuminted every room they entered that evening. I just love that this is a young couple that has God at the center of their union and because of this they are destined for a beautiful life together.
