Hi! Why is yet another person opening a bakery? One day a friend jokingly sent me a text, (yet she was serious), “Time to start a neighborhood business, maybe a sweets delivery service…” This jogged my memory of me in my early 20’s wanting to bake my chocolate chip cookies a

nd sell them. I believe God uses people in your life to speak to you. After several weeks of praying with my husband, we felt the “push” from God to go ahead. And here I am today. Wanting to bake some sweets from the heart and yet, offer a healthier version of baked goods at the same price as regular sweets. Other bakeries charge more for low sugar or no sugar, or gluten free or whole wheat. Thanks for reading. God Bless you and yours!

I realize everyone has made new years resolutions to eat healthier...but you do need to cheat once in a while.

Merry Christmas to all!

I was just asked for a list of my cookies which can be made with white, gluten free or whole wheat flour.

I do also make a couple versions of diabetic friendly cookies.

3x the chocolate cookies

Pumpkin spice cookies with white chocolate chips

Pecan balls (if you don't like a sweet snack this has very little sugar but it is covered in powdered sugar, it doesn't have to be though)

Flour less peanut butter cookies

Chocolate Chip cookies

Chocolate cookies with peppermint chips

Oatmeal Raisin cookies

Chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips

And a flaky sugar cookie

Today I experimented (one of my favorite things to do) and below are cookies made with butterfinger candy bar pieces and dark chocolate chips.

Fresh batch of dog biscuits. I have a dozen chicken (the biscuit shaped ones) and a dozen sweet potato peanut butter flavor in holiday shapes.

Good frozen for up to 6 months or refrigerated for a month.

All dog biscuits are made with healthy, all natural ingredients. Better for your pups.

Mmmmmmmm....pumpkin spice cookies with white chocolate chips. Great for the holidays.

These are gluten free chocolate chip cookies. See any difference in appearance? Nope. My gluten free customers love them!
