Hi! Why is yet another person opening a bakery? One day a friend jokingly sent me a text, (yet she was serious), “Time to start a neighborhood business, maybe a sweets delivery service…” This jogged my memory of me in my early 20’s wanting to bake my chocolate chip cookies a

nd sell them. I believe God uses people in your life to speak to you. After several weeks of praying with my husband, we felt the “push” from God to go ahead. And here I am today. Wanting to bake some sweets from the heart and yet, offer a healthier version of baked goods at the same price as regular sweets. Other bakeries charge more for low sugar or no sugar, or gluten free or whole wheat. Thanks for reading. God Bless you and yours!

Merry Christmas to all!

I was just asked for a list of my cookies which can be made with white, gluten free or whole wheat flour.

I do also make a couple versions of diabetic friendly cookies.

3x the chocolate cookies

Pumpkin spice cookies with white chocolate chips

Pecan balls (if you don't like a sweet snack this has very little sugar but it is covered in powdered sugar, it doesn't have to be though)

Flour less peanut butter cookies

Chocolate Chip cookies

Chocolate cookies with peppermint chips

Oatmeal Raisin cookies

Chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips

And a flaky sugar cookie

Today I experimented (one of my favorite things to do) and below are cookies made with butterfinger candy bar pieces and dark chocolate chips.

Fresh batch of dog biscuits. I have a dozen chicken (the biscuit shaped ones) and a dozen sweet potato peanut butter flavor in holiday shapes.

Good frozen for up to 6 months or refrigerated for a month.

All dog biscuits are made with healthy, all natural ingredients. Better for your pups.

Those who know me personally have most likely met our Maltese, Jules Menou Comeaux. Those who know Jules Menou Comeaux have knowledge that she is very loved and spoiled.

All the treats I make have Jules Menou's paw of approval.

I wanted to make a healthy, nutritious and crunchy snack for all dogs.

Made with gluten free oat flour, the biscuits are $7.00 a dozen (plus 1 free!).

Available in peanut butter, beef and chicken flavor.

Around 74 calories per bite. A great snack for energy and not as many calories as the protein bars purchased in the store.

Of course, there is still the regular protein energy bites, approximately 150 calories and it is more like 2 bites 😁.

Happy Monday to you all!😀

On Friday I was feeling sluggish around 2pm. I was on the road and nowhere near coffee. I did however, have a couple of protein energy bites with me on ice. I ate one and was energetic for the next few hours.

Not only are my protein energy bites delicious (a customer described them as a bite of blissfulness) but they are nutritious. A great frozen treat at $5.00 a dozen.
