A very real scenario for someone with ADHD. It’s not all fast energy and “squirrel!” Moments. It’s forgetting things even with reminders, time blindness, memory loss, easy overwhelm, panic, and even just a paralyzed sensation of knowing you need to do things, guilting and begging yourself to get up but you just can’t. It’s not lazy, is executive dysfunction. Also highly misdiagnosed in women.

Coffee actually does help. It’s a stimulant. Contrary to what might seem rational, stimulants help our brains regulate and be able to think more clearly. Can oddly also make us tired.

This ADHD baker is going to go grab a cup.. and finish the morning strong still. 💪

PNW really knows how to kick off spooky season!

What kind of October person are you?

🍎 C***r, Spice, and everything nice?

🎃 Spooky movies, questionable yard decorations, and pumpkin everything.

👻 Or a Mix of both? I’m not a super huge horror movie fan, but yes to everything else!
