Before the oven fills up and everyone starts asking when we’re eating.

A cup of coffee. A slice of pumpkin coffee cake. A few quiet minutes at the kitchen counter.

That’s the part of Thanksgiving morning I had in mind for this cake. Something already made, ready to slice, with a generous crumb topping and a little drizzle of icing.

The rest of the day can be for feeding everyone else. This slice is yours. 🤎

Thanksgiving dinner gets a lot of attention. But I’m pretty fond of the other parts of the day too.

Coffee before the cooking starts. Something easy for breakfast when family’s staying over. A little thank-you for the person making room for everyone.

Our Thanksgiving preorders are officially open, with cinnamon rolls, pumpkin coffee cake, and creamed honey—all made for those little moments around the big meal. 🤎

🛍️ Visit the bake room to browse the weekend menu and take home whatever catches your eye. Walk-in treats are available while supplies last.

📲 Preorder through Hotplate to reserve your weekend treats ahead of time! The preorder menu is a smaller, separate selection—including pans of cinnamon rolls that come baked, with frosting on the side. Just warm them up, frost, and enjoy at home.

Here’s how preorders work:
• Orders open Sunday at noon.
• Order by Thursday at 9 AM, before we sell out.
• Pick up Friday from 3–6 PM.
