Introducing our Fried Ice Cream Cookie making its debut tonight at First Friday in Downtown Kingman inside The Coffee Garden at The Pearle of Plants! 🎉

We started with our soft and chewy snickerdoodle cookie, packed full of cinnamon-sugar goodness, then topped it with a silky cream cheese frosting and rolled it in that irresistible crunchy cinnamon cornflake coating that makes fried ice cream so unforgettable. Finished with a drizzle of sweet honey, a dollop of frosting, and a cherry on top because every great dessert deserves a little flair. 🍯🍒

Not every creation that comes out of my kitchen is my favorite… and that’s okay. 💕

This is my very first cookie cake.

Truth be told, I almost didn’t post it because all I can see are the things I’d do differently. But every baker, decorator, artist, and creator has a first attempt at something.

Growth doesn’t come from staying comfortable—it comes from trying new things, making mistakes, learning, and trying again.

So here’s my first cookie cake. It may not be perfect, but it’s progress. 🌸🍪😊

And one day, when I’m making cookie cake #100, I’ll look back at this photo and smile.

Thanks for always supporting this little bakery and encouraging me to keep creating. 💕👩🏻‍🍳

🐾🍓 ONE Sweet Birthday Celebration! 🍓🐾

Can we just take a moment to appreciate this level of adorable?! 😍

Miss Belle celebrated her 1st birthday in absolute style with the sweetest strawberry-themed paw-ty, complete with a custom cake, fabulous shades, and enough cuteness to melt every heart in the room. 💕🍓🌼

And of course, her handsome brother Huey wasn’t about to miss out on the fun! He was right by her side, helping with quality control duties and making sure every birthday treat was thoroughly enjoyed. 😆🐶

I absolutely love being a small part of celebrations like these. Seeing families include their four-legged babies in life’s special moments makes my baker heart so happy. ❤️

A huge thank you to Belle & Huey’s wonderful humans for sharing these precious photos. These two are not only gorgeous pups, but they clearly know how to throw a paw-ty! 🎉🐾
