These are the ingredients in my buttercream, butter cream sugar and vanilla, that’s it, no extra preservative. It’s made fresh just for you it doesn’t come out of a bucket that been shipped to a grocery store from a warehouse it’s sat in for who knows how long to sit that same store for who knows how long ( I got my start in a grocery bakery icing would sit for months before we used it) this is why you pay more for independent bakers work it’s made just for you, fresh real ingredients, grocery stores dont put in the time to bake their cakes they come in pre baked and frozen they usually get about a months worth at a time freezer burned… yuck!! So yes you can absolutely get it cheaper but do you really want to 🎂
