On our latest episode of ALL THINGS GOOD, Kenny Earls talks faith, family, and how he completely reversed his diabetes and lost 60lbs IN 5 MONTHS through a low-carb diet and exercise. In fact, in December of 2024 Kenny's A1C was 12.6 and as of May, 2025 his A1C is at 5.2.

Kenny's story is beyond inspirational, and is a prime example of how through the support of God and family (and the fellowship he's found at Journey Church), a man or woman determined to enact positive change in their life is unstoppable.
